Program / Project Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Management Lead to manage complex program delivery and strategic execution across multi-functional technology teams. This is a remote, contract position with work hours from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact technology projects from scope definition through final execution.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and expectation management across complex business verticals.
• Apply PMBOK best practices, strategic planning, and risk management strategies to maintain delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with enterprise architectural and application teams (including SAP S/4HANA environments) to solve systemic delivery blockers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of dedicated Program and Project Management experience leading enterprise-level initiatives.
• Demonstrated mastery in scope management, estimation, resource planning, and project governance frameworks.
• Practical hands-on exposure to or advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA enterprise programs.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent formal project management certifications.
• Experience in systems integration or technology management consulting environments.

Pay

$57.33 - 60.00 per hour.
