Program Management Lead, Construction

For our client, we are seeking a Program Management Lead, Construction to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead a team of program and project managers responsible for delivering construction-related initiatives across a complex commercial portfolio. The position will partner closely with stakeholders to establish objectives, align deliverables, and ensure execution stays on track. It will also drive program governance, reporting, and team leadership while promoting collaboration, inclusion, and strong operational discipline.
