Responsibilities
- Provide accounts payable, payroll, benefits, cash receipts processing, documentation, support, schedule, coordinate, and facilitate seminars, communications, and other program-related activities provided by MPA to its Members.
- Available to travel up to 15% and have their own vehicle to travel to each Member city to attend benefits orientation meetings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in administrative support, preferably in a financial or human resources environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration processes.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
