Role Overview
As a Program Coordinator, you will assist the Program Manager and Associate Program Manager in managing assigned programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in using program management tools to maintain project lists and pipelines, communicate with teams, and measure milestones and deadlines.
- Support the communication of program requirements from the sponsor to internal and external stakeholders, field execution teams, and third-party vendors.
- Participate in managing the full lifecycle of programs from concept to execution.
- Help define scope, develop project plans, create budgets, and coordinate day-to-day sponsor and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of related work experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of program and project management processes and tools. Proficiency with software applications including Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities to meet objectives. Developed written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
$26-33/hr based on experience.
Schedule
Remote 10-15% travel (2-3 onsite meetings per year).
