About the role
The Program Coordinator II coordinates activities for a specific complex program or group of programs within a specialty or functional area. Responsibilities include scheduling, communication coordination, data management, document preparation, and process improvement. This role collaborates with the Program Manager, program staff, and stakeholders to implement program objectives, ensure effective communication, and optimize program effectiveness. The position may also manage data on program effectiveness and facilitate the deployment of program strategy through various solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, communication, data management, and document preparation for complex programs.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, program staff, and stakeholders to implement program objectives and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and program staff.
- Manage data on program effectiveness and facilitate the deployment of program strategy.
- Execute initiatives essential for program success, including interpreting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Convene and facilitate dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and develop communications and reports.
- Perform data analysis and data entry.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of college coursework in Business, Healthcare, Human Services, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) years of program coordination support experience, including at least one year of experience organizing multiple projects through to completion.
- Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with drafting, editing, and developing communications and/or reports.
- Experience with data analysis and data entry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Human Services, or related field.
- Experience working in public health, healthcare, or social services.
- Experience working on continuous process improvement projects and understanding of lean methodology.
Pay
Compensation range: $29.16 - $43.73 per hour (based on full-time employment of 2,080 hours per calendar year). Offers may vary within this range depending on equity, skills, experience, and expertise.
