About the role

ChristianaCare is searching for a Program Coordinator II to assist and partner with the Advance Practice Clinicians (APC) Professional Development Manager by managing the day-to-day operations of administrative functions within the department. The role coordinates the APC Fellowship and the Nurse Residency Programs.

Responsibilities

  • Supports APC Fellowships (6 currently): Coordinates and manages day to day scheduling for program activities for candidates for the APC Fellowship.
  • Coordinate interviews for prospective candidates for the APC Fellowship programs.
  • Coordinate all APC Fellowship meetings for program leadership.
  • Aid in coordinating educational offerings.
  • Aid in scheduling classes in Learning Space.
  • Create templates for the Revenue Cycle schedule for primary care fellows.
  • Communicate with rotating specialty providers to coordinate rotation availability.
  • Reserve conference rooms for any meetings/interviews, including weekly education and cohort meetings.
  • Process purchase orders, check requests, and supply orders for APC fellowships.
  • Submit IT requests for new hires.
  • Maintain vacation schedules and PTO calendar for fellows and APC Professional Development Manager, APC Fellowship coordinators.
  • Timekeeping in Kronos: Monitor and approve timecards in Kronos, manage PTO, disability, etc. for APC fellows and APC Professional Development Manager.
  • Support APC Professional Development Manager in overseeing the APC Professional Development committee.
  • Perform assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; report to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
  • Covers iLEAD front desk area and answers phones. Welcomes Visitors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five years of progressively responsible administrative duties required.

Qualifications

  • Hourly Pay Range: $23.85 - $35.78

Pay

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
