We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions, etc. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Position: Program Analyst in Social Work Service at VANCHCS (Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System). VANCHCS is a Level 1 facility and ranks among a complex system in the VA serving the VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21). That's about the role. - Qualifications: includes time-in-grade requirement, closing date 09/29/2026, specialized experience for GS-09 and GS-11, education alternatives, combination method, competencies (Communications, Customer Service, Veteran and Customer Focus), volunteer experience credit, physical requirements (office environment, sedentary, keyboard, standing/walking/bending/lifting for admin materials), etc. - Duties: list of duties (program analyst for PMDB training program, quarterly progress updates, plans/develops/implements/evaluates training, assigns/tracks/reports training, reviews policy, develops findings, coordinates resources, collaborates with Education Service, provides admin support to Disruptive Behavior Committee and Employee Threat Assessment Team). Also promotion potential, work schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, telework may be authorized, not virtual, PD numbers, relocation incentives not authorized, etc. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly; there is "Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized", "Critical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not Authorized", "Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized". Those are not benefits but maybe we can include a Benefits section only if there is actual benefit info. There's no mention of health insurance, retirement, etc. So we should not create Benefits section if no substantive content. - Pay: Not mentioned (no salary range). So we should not create Pay section. - Schedule: We have Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, telework may be authorized. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. - Skills: Could be derived from competencies: Communications, Customer Service, Veteran and Customer Focus. Also maybe "Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience..." but that's more about experience. We could put Skills section with those competencies. - Requirements: Could include time-in-grade, closing date, SF-50, etc. Also maybe "Qualifications" section includes education/experience requirements. The instructions: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have "About the role": description of position, facility, network. "Responsibilities": duties list. "Requirements": maybe time-in-grade, closing date, SF-50, etc. Also maybe "Physical Requirements". Could be part of Requirements. "Qualifications": education/experience combos, specialized experience, etc. "Skills": competencies (Communications, Customer Service, Veteran and Customer Focus). Also maybe "Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience..." but that's more about experience. "Schedule": work schedule and telework. We must not include sections with placeholder or generic like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can reorganize under headings. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes some instructions like "Applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date", "Time-In-Grade Requirement", etc. Those are substantive (requirements). We should keep them. We must not include "Note: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours..." that's substantive about experience credit; keep. We must not include "Physical Requirements: Most assignments are completed in an office environment..." that's substantive. We must not include "Promotion Potential: ..." that's substantive. We must not include "Work Schedule: Monday-Friday8:00am-4:30pm Telework: ..." that's schedule. We must not include "Position Description/PD#: ..." maybe not needed but could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? It's metadata; maybe we can drop as minor metadata? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Position Description/PD# could be considered minor metadata; we could drop it or include in a short p. Probably drop. "Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized Critical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not Authorized Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized" - these are not benefits but could be considered benefits? They are not authorized, so no benefit. Could be omitted as they are not substantive benefits. Probably drop. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:

Schedule

Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Telework may be authorized; eligibility will be discussed during the interview process. This is not a virtual position.

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: promotion potential, PD numbers, relocation incentives not authorized etc. Promotion potential is substantive; maybe we could include under Responsibilities or a separate section like "Career Development". But we only have allowed headings; we could add promotion potential under Responsibilities or maybe under About the role? Probably better to add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level." That is substantive. Also we have "Position Description/PD#: Program Analyst (Workplace Violence Prevention Program Specialist)/PD03461A and PD03446A". Could be considered minor metadata; we can drop. We also have "Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized Critical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not Authorized Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized". These are not benefits; we could omit. We also have "Virtual: This is not a virtual position" included in schedule. We also have "Telework: This position may be authorized for telework Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process". Already included. We also have "Work Schedule: Monday-Friday8:00am-4:30pm". Already. We also have "Promotion Potential" we added. We also have "For more information on these qualification standards - please visit the United States Office of Personnel Management's website at https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule
