About the Role

The Programs Analyst will support the full federal procurement lifecycle, including opportunity research, solicitation analysis, capture support, and structured contract oversight. This role ensures disciplined tracking of federal opportunities, alignment with company capabilities, and organized documentation control across awarded programs. • Support early-stage capture research and competitive positioning
  • Track solicitation amendments, deadlines, and submission requirements
  • Assist in the development of compliance matrices and requirement crosswalks
  • Monitor awarded contract performance periods, modifications, and option year timelines
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready contract files suitable for federal oversight environments
  • Provide structured reporting and analytical support to leadership

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience supporting proposal development activities

What Makes This Role Unique

This role sits at the intersection of federal growth strategy and disciplined program oversight. You will help build the structural backbone of a scaling federal technology organization. Precision, accountability, and analytical rigor are expected. This is not a passive research role — it is a position that directly strengthens pipeline visibility, compliance maturity, and program scalability. If you operate with structure, think strategically, and thrive in environments where accuracy matters, this role is designed for you.
