Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review incoming emails and communicate important updates, rejections, approvals, and project status changes to project directors through Salesforce Chatter.
- Track and manage overdue items in the TPA's and ensure timely follow-up.
- Review emergency service jobs for updates and verify that photos, documentation, and program paperwork are uploaded and current.
- Monitor job trackers and identify projects requiring updates or additional action.
- Add new program jobs into tracking systems and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and distribute daily program activity reports to management and office staff.
- Collaborate with project directors, adjusters, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project progression.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project coordination, program administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Industry/Restoration/Construction experience is a plus.
