Production Worker/Machine Operator

Position Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers/Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor thermoforming machines, trim excess product, inspect quality, and assist with various production tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor thermoforming machines to ensure efficient production.
• Trim excess material from finished products according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or production issues.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Absorb additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Must be comfortable working in a warm/hot manufacturing environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Must be available for overtime during peak production periods.
