Safety Leadership
- Promote and enforce all safety policies and practices.
- Drive participation in safety programs, observations, and reporting.
Staffing & Capacity Management
- Maintain a flexible, cross-trained workforce to meet production demands.
- Oversee training plans and progress.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead initiatives using lean tools such as 5S, standard work, mistake-proofing, and kaizen to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Team Development & Coaching
- Ensure team members have essential skills and provide coaching to foster growth and engagement.
Financial Management
- Monitor labor, material variances, factory burden, and overtime.
- Support budgeting and capital expenditure planning.
Supervisor Standard Work
- Carry out daily huddles, coordinate production schedules, audit labor reporting, approve payroll, and maintain performance boards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role and 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Associate Degree in Production Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015 standards.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
