Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on management position with responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and direct individuals performing entry-level production positions
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements
• Maintain inventory control
• Maintain safety in the plant and train partners on company safety policies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations
• Emphasize a culture of safety at the location
• Set and prioritize goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance
