Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and direct individuals in entry‑level production positions on a fast‑paced shift.
- Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Maintain safety in the plant and train partners on company safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
- Emphasize a culture of safety throughout the location.
- Provide hands‑on management of daily production flow and bottom‑line results.
Skills / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
- Ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Availability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance.

Compensation
