Safety
Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
People
- Manage workforce planning, labor allocation, workflow coordination, and shift handoffs to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.
- Coach, develop, and motivate employees through training, cross-training, performance feedback, and accountability processes.
- Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing safety standards, investigating incidents, identifying hazards, and ensuring regulatory and company compliance.
Quality
- Monitor key performance indicators (productivity, scrap, downtime, output) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to quality requirements, operating procedures, and work instructions while resolving process and quality issues.
Delivery
- Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, safety standards, and production metrics.
- Experience with optics manufacturing is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting tools.
- Ability to work on-site during 2nd shift hours (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).

Benefits
- Competitive compensation, benefits, retirement (401k), and paid time off programs.
- Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000.
Pay

- Salary Maximum: $110,000.
