About the role
The Product Marketing Director will define the future of how professional firms work, price, and grow, focusing on the evolution of Intapp Time and Profitability. This role involves shaping market narratives, driving thought leadership, and influencing product strategy and go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities
- Evolving positioning from timekeeping to profitability intelligence
- Partnering with Product to prioritize roadmap items based on market signals and customer insights
- Developing go-to-market strategies for Celeste-powered capabilities, including packaging, pricing, and commercial design
- Executing end-to-end product launches, including positioning, competitive narrative, and enablement across Sales, Customer Success, and Partners
- Engaging analysts and creating market credibility through ROI-driven storytelling
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy, with a focus on legal tech, professional services, or financial services
- A track record of shaping or redefining market categories
- Exceptional storytelling skills that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes for senior buyers
- Experience influencing packaging, pricing, or commercial strategy
- Ability to lead cross-functionally and drive alignment without direct authority
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Pay
Your actual base salary will be determined by relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. Variable compensation and equity may also be included.
Schedule
This role is hybrid, allowing employees to work from either Palo Alto, NYC, or remotely.
