About the role
The Product Marketing Director will define the future of how professional firms work, price, and grow, focusing on the evolution of Intapp Time and Profitability from time management to full profitability intelligence. This role involves shaping market narratives, leading thought leadership initiatives, and driving go-to-market strategies for new capabilities like Celeste.
Responsibilities
- Own the market narrative for Intapp Time and Profitability, shifting from timekeeping to profitability intelligence and integrating buyer and competitive insights into product strategy.
- Develop and execute thought leadership programs that redefine how firm leaders think about AI, billing, and profitability, aiming to drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize roadmap items based on market signals, competitive dynamics, and customer insights.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies for Celeste-powered capabilities, including packaging, pricing, and commercial design.
- Lead end-to-end product launches, crafting positioning, competitive narratives, and enablement plans across Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.
- Engage analysts and build customer proof points to tell compelling ROI-driven stories.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years in B2B product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy, with a career trajectory demonstrating increasing scope, leadership, and strategic impact.
- A proven track record of shaping or redefining market categories, particularly in AI innovation within B2B enterprise markets.
- Exceptional ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes for senior buyers, influencing packaging, pricing, and commercial strategy.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
- A bachelor’s degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in legal tech, professional services, or financial services is strongly preferred.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with senior buyers.
- Proven success in launching AI innovations into B2B enterprise markets.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product offerings.

Pay
Your actual base salary will be determined by relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. Variable compensation and equity may also be included.
