Responsibilities
- Evolving positioning from timekeeping to profitability intelligence
- Partnering with Product to influence roadmap priorities
- Developing go-to-market strategy for Celeste-powered capabilities
- Leading end-to-end product launches
- Engaging analysts and creating customer proof points
- Building market credibility through storytelling
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy
- A track record of shaping or redefining market categories
- Exceptional storytelling skills connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Experience influencing packaging, pricing, or commercial strategy
- Ability to lead cross-functionally and drive alignment without direct authority

Pay
Your actual base salary will be determined by relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. Variable compensation and equity may also be included.

The role is hybrid, allowing employees to work from either Palo Alto, NYC, or remotely within the United States.
