Product Marketing Director- AI Profitability

The Product Marketing Director will define the future of how professional firms work, price, and grow. Intapp is at the forefront of innovating and reimagining this shift with Intapp Celeste, evolving Intapp Time from time management into full profitability intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own the market narrative for Intapp Time and Profitability—evolving positioning from timekeeping to profitability intelligence and feeding buyer and competitive insights back into product strategy
• Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities based on market signals, competitive dynamics, and customer insight
• Develop go-to-market strategy for Celeste-powered capabilities, including packaging, pricing, and commercial design
• End-to-end product launches, including positioning, competitive narrative, and enablement across Sales, Customer Success, and Partners
• Market credibility through analyst engagement, customer proof points, and ROI-driven storytelling

Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy (legal tech, professional services, or financial services experience preferred)
• A track record of shaping or redefining market categories
• Exceptional storytelling that connects technical capabilities to business outcomes for senior buyers
• Experience influencing packaging, pricing, or commercial strategy
• Ability to lead cross-functionally and drive alignment without direct authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
