Processor/Escrow Assistant

Infinity Title Agency is hiring a Processor/Escrow Assistant to support our closing team in Independence, Ohio. Responsibilities

• Order and review title searches, payoffs, HOA information, surveys, and other closing documentation.
• Assist escrow officers in preparing files for closing, including settlement statement (CD/ALTA) support.
• Clear title requirements and follow up on outstanding conditions with lenders, agents, and clients.
• Keep transactions organized and on track so closings happen smoothly and on time.

Requirements

• Experience in title insurance and/or processing is required.
• Experience with Qualia is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication and a collaborative, service-first attitude.
• Initiative, accountability, and pride in doing accurate work.
