About the role

As a Process Technician, you will support wafer manufacturing by monitoring operations, reviewing data, applying structured problem-solving, and partnering across engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor process and equipment performance using SPC charts, dashboards, alarms
  • Manage semiconductor equipment, perform technical evaluations, recognize abnormal conditions and resolve issues
  • Follow defined troubleshooting and escalation paths
  • Partner with Engineering to improve and stabilize processes
  • Collect and document production and process data to analyze and interpret using computer-based systems
  • Prepare data visualizations to surface yield and process trends
  • Partner and collaborate with teams (Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality)
  • Provide technical guidance to line operators, participate in shift pass-down
  • Follow established work safety procedures with minimal supervision

Minimum Requirements

Shown through education, internships, research, military, manufacturing, or professional experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends (24/7 fabs)
  • Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or exposure to one or more of:

  • Associate degree, technical certification, military training, or applied coursework in science, engineering, or manufacturing
  • Disciplined execution or data-driven work in manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, or high-reliability environments
  • Process monitoring, data interpretation, or Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts
