About the role
The Process Technician at Attindas Hygiene Partners is responsible for ensuring that process settings affecting product quality and performance are properly maintained. They must review daily reports, process control audits, splice reject audits, quality defect reports, and other data to ensure manufacturing equipment meets performance goals. The role involves training team members through On-the-Job Training (OJT) and developing supporting documentation for skill assessments, one-point lessons, and other training materials.

Requirements
- Demonstrated MT3 Entry skills
- AA Degree, Technical Certification, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to train team members on all machine platforms for assigned lines
- Ability to document processes and develop training materials
- Work effectively with teams and individuals
- Ability to lead and direct teams within the perimeters set by the leadership team
Preferred Qualifications
- Flexibility to work on any shift or line in platform
- Hands-on mechanical experience, process, and operational experience
- Supervisory experience
