Process Technician
About the role
Revolution is looking for Process Technicians to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This is a full-time job opportunity, with generous benefits and overtime hours available. In addition, this position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment. Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $25/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $1,000 in potential bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Coincide with training with team members.
- Communicate and coordinate daily issues with other supervisors.
- Understand production requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate daily issues with other supervisors.
- Understand the order sheet specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine issues.
- Know and enforce all company policies.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
- Management experience is required.
- Extrusion experience is required.
- Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in an industrial environment is required.
- Familiarity with resin conveying systems is preferred.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is required.
