Process Technician

D Shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

Responsibilities

  • Disposition discrepant photolithography material in a timely manner and react to priority lot holds.
  • Be responsive to out of control events by following established OCAPs.
  • Analyze failed runs to identify the source of process errors and work with Engineering to recommend process changes.
  • Support new equipment qualification.
  • Assist in the development of key technologies.
  • Contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement in yield, operational efficiency, and cost.

Requirements

  • Requires an AA in a science, math, or related field, or an equivalent amount of experience as a Process Specialist.
  • Working knowledge of SPC and statistics.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for collaboration with multiple manufacturing sections.
  • Skills in technical writing, computers, problem solving, and organization.

Qualifications

  • Self-disciplined and highly motivated.
  • Experience handling multiple high priority projects and tasks.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques, especially within Photolithography.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite applications like Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Pay

$23.00 – $36.00 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials.
