PRN Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

About the role

Responsible for delivering advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessments in critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform ventilator management and airway procedures
• Conduct arterial blood gas sampling
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
• Provide patient and family education
• Mentor new staff and students
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure safe, evidence-based practices
• Promote a positive work environment

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Current RCP, NBRC-RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum of two years clinical experience in critical care settings
