About the Role

The Respiratory Therapist III provides advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in complex critical care settings. This role involves independent decision-making, mentorship, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ventilator management and airway procedures
• Arterial blood gas analysis
• Patient and family education
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Promote safe, evidence-based care
• Actively participate in professional development and quality projects

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Current RCP and NBRC-RRT certifications
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in critical care areas
