Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Licenses and certifications including RCP, NBRC-RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
- At least two years of critical care experience across various ICU settings
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on quality and safety
