PRN Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Role: Respiratory Therapist III Responsibilities: Deliver complex respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, airway procedures, and arterial blood gas analysis. Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and implement patient care, educate patients and support systems, and mentor staff and students. Promote patient safety, evidence-based practices, and participate in performance improvement projects. Actively engage in precepting and professional development activities. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy; current RCP, NBRC-RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Minimum of two years of critical care experience across various settings. Strong communication, critical thinking, relationship-building skills, and computer proficiency are essential.
