PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR)

About the role

As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be a part of a growing team. You will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care for our patients
• Provide excellent customer service to our patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for your patients
• Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care and set measurable, functional goals
• Treat patients, answer their concerns and educate them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care and reset goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants

Requirements

Commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of [State]
• Current BLS certification
