Occupational Therapist (OTR), PRN

About the role

Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility in Piedmont, South Carolina. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily activities, restore function, and promote independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning.
• Conduct staff education and in-service training.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy degree (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina.
• Experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
