Occupational Therapist (OTR), PRN

About the role

Fleetwood Post Acute is a 103-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, South Carolina. The position offers competitive pay ($40-$50/hour), flexible PRN scheduling, and opportunities to grow into full-time or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily activities, restore functional independence, and enhance overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy focused on improving Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care team members.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Conduct staff education and in-service training.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina (required).
• Must meet all continuing education requirements and remain in good standing with the State Board.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications
