Position Summary
The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents, communicates with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members, and maintains accurate documentation of services provided. The Occupational Therapist also conducts staff training and in-service education programs to support quality resident care and rehabilitation outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in the State of California
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- CPR certification preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
Compensation
$64–$66+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
