About the role
Provide compassionate homecare to patients, collaborate to achieve excellent clinical outcomes, and utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes. Weekend day shifts (8 hours) with flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts. Support available 24/7 from staff and clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate homecare to patients
- Collaborate with team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes
- Use electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience; new graduates are not accepted
- Reliable transportation
