Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care in patients' homes
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient environments
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes
• Adapting to flexible schedules, including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• Recent TB skin test (within 12 months)
• Reliable transportation
