Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate patient care in home settings
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets for accurate record-keeping
- Ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through collaborative efforts
- Supporting diverse patient needs, including children and adults
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience; new graduates not accepted
- Reliable transportation
