About the role

Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes. Deliver direct patient care, administer treatments, and document care electronically using a tablet in each patient’s home.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and deliver nursing care based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to support patient well‑being.
• Adhere to all safety and health protocols, including CPR and TB testing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (training available post‑hire if needed).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
