Private Duty LPN/LVN - Feeding Tube Toddler

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers with low acuity needs, including gtube and CPAP management
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through patient-centered care
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients’ homes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patient health and safety

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must transfer within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available post-hire)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience

• Deliver high-quality, empathetic in-home nursing care
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
