About the role
Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Providing patient care to toddlers with low acuity needs, including gtube and CPAP management.
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare delivery.
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and safety.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact license transfer within 90 days if applicable).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available post-hire).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
