About the role
Join a leading homecare organization dedicated to compassionate patient support as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers, with low acuity needs, gtube, and CPAP support.
- Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare delivery.
- Utilize electronic documentation tools in patient homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (training provided if needed).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
