Responsibilities

- Administer patient care, document electronically, and support the clinical team in delivering quality home healthcare.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification (training available post‑hire).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Preferred: Six months of hands‑on nursing experience.
