About the role
Join a compassionate home healthcare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Providing patient care for toddlers with low acuity needs, including gtube and CPAP management.
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through empathetic and quality homecare delivery.
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for patient support.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance provided post-hire if needed.
- TB skin test within last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
- Compassionate with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to various schedules, including days, nights, weekends, full-time, part-time, or PRN.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
