Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for clients throughout Northeast Wisconsin. With clients across multiple communities, we work to match caregivers with available assignments based on location, availability, experience, and client needs. What You'll Do

Depending on the client's individual care plan, you may assist with:

• Personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Walking, mobility, and transfers
• Meal and snack preparation
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation
• Transportation or accompaniment to errands and medical appointments
• Light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, and bathroom cleanup
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's physical or mental condition
• Following each client's individual care plan
• Other care-related duties as assigned by the Client Care Coordinator

Pay

• $17.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
• Experienced caregivers may qualify for $18.00/hour or more

Starting rate is determined by relevant caregiving experience.

Schedule

Available schedules vary by client and may include:

• 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts
• Day, evening, and night shifts
• Monday through Friday
• Weekend opportunities

We work with caregivers to identify available client assignments that fit their location and scheduling availability.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable assisting clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a client's home
