In-Home Caregiver – $20.00-$20.75/hr | Weekly Pay

New hires who apply and are hired by August 31, 2026, are eligible for a $250 bonus. Most client opportunities are located in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Petaluma.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Support clients with safe mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and help clients stay safe and independent at home

Requirements

• At least 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience, excluding family caregiving, OR an active CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN credential
• Availability for at least two recurring shifts each week with the same client or clients
• Comfort providing hands-on personal care
• Ability to assist with transfers
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to complete required compliance, registration, and licensing steps

Transportation

A driver’s license and reliable transportation are not required but may provide access to more client opportunities across Sonoma County.
