About the Role

Interim HealthCare is looking for dependable, compassionate Private Duty In-Home Caregivers to join our team in the Fond du Lac area. Private Duty caregiving gives you the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Our clients come from all walks of life — veterans, retirees, former teachers, professionals, parents, and grandparents — each with their own stories and experiences. Pay

Starting pay ranges from approximately $17–$20+ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific client assignment. Candidates with very limited caregiving experience may start around $17/hour, while experienced caregivers may qualify for higher starting rates.

Schedule

We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities. Available shifts vary based on client needs and may include:

• Days
• Evenings
• Overnights
• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Short and extended shifts

Actual hours and schedules are determined by current client needs and caregiver availability.

Responsibilities

Depending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Mobility, walking, and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry and linen changes
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands when required by the assignment
• Providing supervision and support to help clients remain safely at home
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition

Qualifications

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care when required

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but candidates with limited experience may also be considered depending on the assignment.
