About the Role

Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate and reliable Private Duty In-Home Caregivers to serve clients in the Menasha area. Our Private Duty caregivers provide one-on-one support to individuals who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You may find yourself caring for a veteran, retired teacher, former healthcare professional, parent, or grandparent. Private Duty care gives you the chance to learn their stories, build meaningful relationships, and be part of the reason they're able to continue living at home.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from approximately $17–$20+ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific client assignment. Applicants with very limited caregiving experience may start around $17/hour, while experienced caregivers may qualify for higher starting rates.

Schedule

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with schedules based on current client needs and caregiver availability. We understand that flexibility matters, and we'll work to identify available assignments that fit your schedule whenever possible.

Shifts may include:

  • Days
  • Evenings
  • Overnights
  • Weekdays
  • Weekends
  • Short and extended shifts

Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary depending on the client's care plan and may include:

  • Companionship and conversation
  • Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care assistance
  • Mobility and transfer assistance
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry and linen changes
  • Medication reminders
  • Transportation or errands when required by the assignment
  • Providing supervision and support in the client's home
  • Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
