Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Analyze financial performance against budget and prior periods, identifying trends and variances
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Create executive-level presentations and dashboards for senior management
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems and tools
- Streamline financial processes and improve efficiency through automation
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reports
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros for financial modeling
- Experience with financial planning software like Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, or SAP BPC
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Data visualization skills using tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to a non-financial audience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of related work experience
