Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and specialized assistance for complex project control issues
- Interface with clients and deliver statistical reports in meetings
- Supply necessary tools for effective project cost control
- Develop work breakdown structures, collaborating with all relevant departments
- Analyze and report on project schedule status against established baselines
- Evaluate and forecast project costs and performance
- Cookstaff staffing needs, supervise project activities, and train team members
- Conduct performance reviews and facilitate employee development
- Accumulate historical performance data for accurate future planning
- Lead a team to assess impacts of design changes and schedule adjustments
- Customize project control systems to meet specific requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of related work experience
- Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite
