Project Controls Engineer/Specialist, Principal (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and specialized assistance for complex project control issues
• Interface with clients and deliver statistical reports in meetings
• Supply necessary tools for effective project cost control
• Develop work breakdown structures, collaborating with all relevant departments
• Analyze and report on project schedule status against established baselines
• Evaluate and forecast project costs and performance
• Cookstaff staffing needs, supervise project activities, and train team members
• Conduct performance reviews and facilitate employee development
• Accumulate historical performance data for accurate future planning
• Lead a team to assess impacts of design changes and schedule adjustments
• Customize project control systems to meet specific requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite
