Responsibilities
- Craft value propositions and messaging architecture to establish the company as a preferred referral destination
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales collateral library to support business development efforts
- Create and implement B2B digital lifecycle strategies to engage referral partners
- Create detailed lead-generation campaign briefs for demand-generation execution
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and refresh collateral
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and field teams to gather feedback and enhance strategies
- Provide messaging support for the clinician recruiting team as a secondary function
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of B2B product marketing experience, particularly in support of sales teams
- Proven ability in developing effective product positioning and messaging
- Fluent in creating comprehensive campaign briefs with clear metrics
- Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for tracking referral pipelines
- Established operational discipline in executing marketing strategies on schedule
- Strong credibility with sales personnel through field experience
