About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various digital channels.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media platform insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content creation best practices.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
