About the Role

The position involves practicing professional nursing or medicine, including independent and delegated medical functions, patient advocacy, and delivering comprehensive care. Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze patient data to conduct comprehensive assessments.
  • Formulate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform medical procedures within your scope of practice.
  • Educate and counsel patients on health management and preventive care.
  • Document all care activities accurately and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain clinical competence through ongoing professional development.
  • Adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in nursing (e.g., MSN, DNP) or a bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Required prescriptive authority and DEA registration, if applicable.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care, cultural competence, and professional growth.
