Position Overview This role involves practicing professional nursing or medicine in collaboration with physicians, utilizing specialized knowledge to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients. Responsibilities include collecting patient data, formulating diagnoses, developing and implementing treatment plans, performing procedures within expertise, and providing patient education and counseling. Accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Key Duties Gather medical histories, perform physical exams, and review relevant studies.Assess patient conditions and formulate diagnoses with differential considerations.Develop and execute treatment plans, including medication orders and referrals.Perform procedures within legal and organizational guidelines.Educate patients and families on treatment, prevention, and health promotion.Document all clinical activities thoroughly.Manage telehealth encounters and emergency situations.Collaborate with healthcare team members and promote a safe, confidential environment.Maintain clinical competence through ongoing education and certifications. Qualifications Graduate degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree for Physician Assistants from accredited programs.Valid licensure and certifications such as RN license, Nurse Practitioner certification, or Physician Assistant license.Prescriptive authority and DEA registration required within specified timelines.Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and comply with relevant laws and policies.
